Photoshop and their PC (and also my mac...)?

I have some files on photoshop at my school from my graphics class. my school uses PC's. I'm trying to fix them up at home, but my home computer is a mac. is it possible for PC photoshop stuff to be compatible with the mac photoshop software?? i gotta know xD love ya guys! <3
