Photoshop 7.0 - Box is off-screen, need help?

I have Photoshop 7.0, a really old version but it works great.

Anyway, when I go to Image > Adjustments and click Colour Balance the box appears somewhere off screen so I then have to ALT+F4 my way out of photoshop because I cant click cancel or ok in the box.

Is there a way of centering the box on the screen? I do not know how to find the box and drag it so I can see it.

change your desktop resolution to the highest, do what you do to get the box up and then try to drag it towards the top left of the screen, close the program, put your resolution back to what it was and then open it again and see if it worked.
