Photography studio lighting starter kit ?

I am in need of some advice. I need to find a good Photo Studio Lights for under $200. I am looking for something that has two lamps and hopefully a case to travel with it. If anyone has an idea let me know. Something simple, but works like a charm. thanks
 
I believe when it comes to studio lighting, the words "good" and "cheap" are mutually exclusive. You might be able to find something on Ebay, but expect it to be i the trash in a year. For the low cost you are suggesting it would be better to get a hot shoe flash and learn how to bounce it and use diffusers.
