Photography sites - Flickr? Deviantart?

I upload all of my pictures to Photobucket, but I would also like a site for uploading my best shots. I am somewhat of a newbie to photography and would like some constructive criticism.

Would Flickr and Deviantart be good sites for me? If so, from which one will I get the most feedback? If not, do you have any suggestions?

yes, with Flickr you can upload your photos and add them to groups, become friends with other photographers, and more!
