I am looking into buying some cheaper studio lighting, since the really nice stuff is way too expensive for me and my business to afford right now. I have seen these monolights that are the strobe flash types, and each head is 180 watts. So combined with two lights would be 360. How well would that help to light up a room for smaller family portraits and single portraits?? I'm in distress!!! Lol
And would this be a better way to go than to buy the set up to use my speedlight (detachable camera flash) as a studio light with umbrellas and all??
I can't even afford lights that are that price! Lol Alien Bees are like $350-$400 for a kit. What I'm looking at costs about $180-190 for a kit. Thanks, but thats not going to help me right now =(
