I'm interested in buying a digital camera. I'd like it for more than just casual point-and-shoot, think of something that would appeal to a photography student perhaps? Preferably $600 or less. Something that I can grow with by upgrading lenses would be great. Also, is now a good time to buy a camera or is it better to wait for the next generation?
