Photography Portfolio Making and Sites?

Hi, I am an aspiring photographer. I'm currently taking a few classes, but there are none in my area that I am able to take, that help with creating a portfolio. If you could give me any information, or tips that would be wonderful.

And I am also looking for some sites to get my photos out there, and my receive feed back or things like that.
