I am looking for some ideas for winter shoots. I am concerned about my equipment but am willing to take ideas. If anyone would like to help please answer! =)

I love nature pictures in black and white.
The snow on bare branches, broken snow and ice on the water.Pictures of a light snow falling with nature being the background.Birds eating at a bird feeder, squirrels digging for nuts/eating in the snow.Ice sickle's hanging from buildings, dripping adds a another great element.
Don't forget to get some pictures of people shoveling the snow, walking in it,etc...Everyday pictures of people and things tell great stories and are beautiful to look at.
Enjoy yourself and snap away :))

Winter where?

Snowy and cold? Bright and dry? Outside or inside?

Wintertime is a great time to practice inside doing still life. Outside is awesome when a winter storm is clearing.
