I need a good photo editor, not to buy maybe to download. I've tried photobucket; not bad. Picnik; not bad either. But don't give me those photo editors that have pop-ups and stuff in them yattayatta, they suck. I just want a quality photo editor that enhances photos great, can maybe change the eye color, and one part black&white and another part of the picture color. I don't need one that writes on the pictures-.- Eww. I just want great pictures in the end.

The program actions are all based on things you can do in an actual darkroom. Photoshop is great as well and it has a broader range of stuff it can do. It's a bit on the pricey side, though.
