Photography advice needed?

Hey guys, me and my friend are starting a fetish/bondage internet site.. well we just started and found about 10 models that will model for us, we're gonna do photoshoots in 2-4 weeks as we get everything going.. but a few questions..

1. What is a good cheap digital camera? Its more a hobby so we're not worried about "professional" quality pictures. One under $100 bucks.

2. We are recruiting models.. next is to do our first shoot then start the internet site.. we have no references yet.. How do we explain that to them?
 
First if you are shooting fetish/bondage sessions, you will need more than a cheap camera ... you will need some legal advice and some serious record keeping process in place.

You will also have to have some serious model releases the model will be willing to sign with or without any payment to them for their time.

I cannot imaging such a website NOT being commercial to at least pay for the cost of operation and if you do that, you might want to consider using a proper DSLR to shoot these photos you plan to take and publish for all to see.
