My son had senior pictures taken from a photographer last year. I ordered some pictures but wanted to order more when I had money and just put it off.
I had talked to her and she said it wasn't a problem. That they keep the photos on file for "a really long time" and I can re-order whenever.
I just found out that she is going out of business because she is taking a different job.
When a photographer goes out of business do they ever offer to sell you the digital photos or a release of the copyright? Would I be really out of line to even ask if it is a possibility?
