Photo print, what is the best way to make a copy of a picture I was given ?

If they can email you the file, you can upload it to snapfish, cvs, or walgreens on the web and have it printed at a store near you. If not, you can take the photo to a drugstore, scan it at their kiosk, and have prints made. One thing though, if it is a personal, amateur photo, no problems. But if it is a professional photo (school, cruise, theme park, portrait with pro lighting and background) you will need a written release from the photographer.
 
I was given a 4x6 photo and I'd like to make copies, it is of my grand daughter, What is the best way ?? like photo copy machine or ??? I've never done this :) Wendy, it was taken with a digi cam, so no negatives.
the picture was "passed down" to me and I do not have access to the original on the digi cam
 
Get a copy of the original file (it can be emailed to you) and then take it into a photo lab and have them print them for you (less than $.17 each)
