Photo plus text on one page in email for free...where?

Yahoo allows you to post comments and a photo on separate pages. Please tell me where I can find a free email provider that posts the picture on the same page so people can read what Im saying about the picture.
 
Do you want to send an email with a photo on the email (not as an attachment) If so...

The New Windows Live Mail does this... do a search online to find program.
