This is a photo of my niece along with her cousins. She is only 10 years old, but she is almost 5ft6, weighing 156lbs, acording to her mom (my sister). I'm worried about her health, she had a huge growth spurt (at 5ft6 she towers over all of her classmates) and I also think she's a bit overweight. Should I tell my sister to take her to the doctor? I'm in a delicate position, I'm afraid she might get offended if I suggest that. Please help!
