Photo from e-mail to PISCA-3?

Would really appreciate it if someone would tell me how to move a photo from and e-mail account to PISCA-3.

All you have to do is download the pics you get in your emails and then open Picasa. You'll see the bar at the right of the Picasa screen loading your pics. Your pics might also go into your documents folder, but you can delete them.
