Does anyone know what the name for the photo effect is that turns color pictures to black and white. But its not normal black and white. It almost looks like a stencil? I don't know what its called, cause there is black and white, sepia, and a whole bunch of others. But this one makes everything dark in the picture go black and everything else light goes white. Sorry I can't give more detail, its just really bugging me and I need to know for an art project
