Photo booth picture size question?

I wanted to know if when you take photos on Photobooth on an imac/macbook do you have the option of the picture size or are the pictures only one size? how many different sizes can you make it?
i dont want to change the size, but i was wondering if its possible to take a picture on isight/photobooth that is smaller then 640px × 480px
 
I know in Photoshop you can change the image size by going to Image>Image Size and just adjust it. The more you change it, though, the less quality.

But if you don't have Photoshop, you could probably go to Photobucket.com and upload it and change the size in the edit menu.
