im in the market for a new phone. however. i need one unlocked and with an 850hz band for cingular. im tired of running offa at&t towers. they suck (in this area). recommendations are greatly appreciated.

does anyone wuts the deal with the nokia 6260? its a triband? but for some reason, if u look at the specs on gsmarena, it says in north america, it supports 850mhz?

D820 is the unbranded version of the T809. The T means its for Tmobile. The D807 is the Cingular version of the D800.

The 6260 is triband 900/1800/1900, I don't think an 850 version was ever released
