Phones simular to the lg env touch?

i wanted the env touch but the data plans to much so ive gotta get a diff phone. what should i get. i have verizon, but i want a phone that's touch screen and has a good keyboard that's relatively new not a crappy phone, and has gotta have gooooood reviews, well it dont gotta be with both a key board and touch screen but it has to have a touch screen, a really good touch screen. what do u suggest?? im upset i kant get the env but i dont know what else to get.

ps the phone cant go past 250 dollars.
