Phone with foreign (Arabic) keypad?

I'm hoping some knowledgeable HoFo'er might be able to point me in the direction of a retailer who sells phones with foreign languages, specifically, Arabic, on the keypad. Either instead of, or in addition to, English would be fine.

I've purchased phones from overseas before, that have happened to come with Chinese characters on the pad, but I've never really noticed anyone who specifically offers a foreign pad. I am, of course, aware of the Lanugage Packs that are available to update the software of many models, but having the proper buttons is important to me.

I'm honestly not too picky about whatever phone I get beyond that. As long as it's GSM, and supports 1900. Ideally, it'd also support 850 and maybe one of the overseas bands, but neither is essential.

the nokia 9500 has arabic keypads (some do)
 
I got mine off Ebay but my Nokia 7260 has an arabic keypad... it's part of Nokia's fashion line. You might want to just go to Nokia's website and select an Arabic nation and contact their customer support to see if you order online can you get an Arabic keypad =)
