Phone warranty Exchange questions.

I have been having problems with my Samsung Impression when sending text messages. I still qualify under the one year warranty so I am planning on going to warranty center nearby, but I don't want the same phone again! Everyone in my family has the same phone, and they all have the same problem, and after looking online, it seems like most people with the phone have the same texting problem. Is it possible for me to get a different phone? If so, how much is it going to cost me?
 
Unfortunately, doing a warranty exchange, you do not have a choice. You will get the same model unless it is no longer available, then you will get a comparable phone. Unless the manufacturer agrees with you, you are not going to get what you want.
