Phone w/camera & MP3 for Cingular

Hey all,

I'm looking for a decently priced phone with a 2.0 MP+ camera and a good MP3 system for use with Cingular. My RAZR died, digital camera is too old, and my MP3 player broke so I'm looking to find a new phone to replace them.

Should I buy one now or hang on and wait for the 3.2 MP phones to become mainstream?

you mean the w810i, not the w800.

Since he is with Cingular he NEEDs 850mhz, most all markets use that band.

I would say the w810i is a good phone, and also the upcoming Samsung Sync. Those 2 phones have a main purpose - music. Both will be able to sync with Cingulars music store and both have 2mp cameras.

The Sync in my opinion is the best of the 2 because its a flip phone and it has external touch sensitive controls.

And you might as well NOT wait for the 3mp phones to become mainstream because that will be awhile.

and he said affordable, the k790a, although powerful, is almost 500 dollars even on ebay and beyond affordable.

Yeah, I guess I forgot to mention I prefer flip phones. Also, I'm just getting the phone independent of Cingular since there's still a year or so on my contract.
 
Well then I guess the SYNC is still perfect for you. Also you within the next few days/weeks will be able to find them on ebay for somewhere like 200-250.00. I wouldnt think they would be to much, samsungs never really are.
 
Yea, I have heard the Z710 is a pretty nice phone. I almost bought one myself.

The Maxx has no confirmed release date, either unbranded or with Cingular.
