phone that can sync with groupwise?

I am totaly swamped at work and home, am double booking myself weekly and need some help.

I currently use verizon but would change if necessary

I want a phone that can sync with my office groupwise.

I dont need a full blown PDA just a phone that can sync with my calander.

anybody have any suggestions.

I would buy used if I coudl count on a dependable tool.
