phone stuck in offline mode

i was doing a sprint m520, i changed the SPC and loaded the 1040 prl, than when it booted back it up, it was in offline mode. I cant get it out. i tried to reflash it, then used CDMA workshop to change out some nam settings and such in hopes it will kick it out of offline mode, but it still didn't. Anyone had this problem before and fixed iT?

make sure its not on roaming only? try putting it on Home, please use a newer PRL that sometimes fixes things, newest non EVDO prl is 1043
 
If you're still stuck in offline mode try using unicdma 2005 or higher and connect then go to mode tab and reset it there, should clear you right up, also, may do the same in workshop. its not a prl or anything.
