Phone selection Nokia? Sony Ericsson? Samsung?

I cant decide what Mobile to get.
I am looking at spending under 40$ a month.
I need a good camera for taking photos and video,
a touch qwerty or a hard qwerty for texting,
WiFi (Not essential)
3G
GPS (Not essential)
at least 250MB of data.
A good web browser
Currently considering:
Sony ericsson Vivas (dont like touch - to unresponsive)
Sony ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro ( Screen to small?)
Samsung Wave
Nokia X6
Not considering:
E63, 71, 71 - to bulky, shit keypad, sh*t camera, slow as hell, sh*t web browser

Cap wise i am thinking Virgin, Vodafone or Optus.

You can buy these phones. Xperia X10 (not the mini version), sony ericsson satio or aino, samsung ultra touch (its got both touch screen and slider keypad (the numeric one) like aino. The only reason the vivaz is unresponsive is probably because you used your fingers. The box supplies a stylus and use it. If you find it okay, buy the Vivaz cos that's what I'm getting tomorrow.
