Phone programming

i have my mogul flashed and when i call *228 the recording says it cant program my phone. i dial 611 and enter my phone nuraber with no luck. do i need to go into a cricket store to have them set it up? how do i get to a live person?
 
u have to do it manually it didnt program kause ya phone spc isnt 000000 so u have to do it manually i hope u have ya spc
dial ##778 send or ##778#
it will prompt u to enter ya spc u enter ya spc
under msid put in ya min nuraber then click more info go to nam settings(i think cant remeraber)

then put in ya phone nuraber where it says phone nuraber


... klick ok and ure dont its now programmed
