I had changed my numerical password to a different one & after turning my phone on sleep mode for a few minutes, I turned my phone on & attempted to log into my phone. It wouldn't accept my passcode & I knew what my passcode was, so it wasn't wrong. I've been trying to factory reset it, it's not working. What should I do?
