Basically,
a few weeks ago my phone started refusing to connect to the laptop via bluetooth and open the whole phone tools thing, so if i wanted to transfer files i had to do it one at a time by going on the file on my phone and clicking send via bluetooth, etc.
This was annoying but fine, but now if I try to do that it says that the hardware is ... incompatible. I tried uninstalling motorola phone tools from my pc and reinstalling it through the disc but after i selected the language i want my installation in, it just closes.
THEREFORE what i need to do is transfer files from my phone to my laptop and vise versa, but i can't
Also I don't have a cable so all file transfers have to be Bluetooth
