phone help?! anyone with a samsung wave?

the new samsung wave phone doesn't appear to have a predicitve text thing. it seams its just like the iPhone when it comes to texting, is it possible to have a normal keypad on the screen? PLEASE HELP.
 
Samsung Wave GT-S8500 has predictive text option.
Tap on Messages -> Compose -> Tap and hold language button between space bar and Enter ( @EN/ @FR) -> Predictive text -> Close
Now predictive text option, is enabled.
