Phone Frozen after Erase all data and reset all settings

Hi,

I have a 3GS 16GB iPhone (Fido) Jailbroken with Spirit on firmware 3.1.3 with the new Bootrom. I used the erase all and reset all setting but now its stuck on that apple logo and spinning wheel. My question is how do i get it out and install or restore to 3.1.3? (dont have shshblob saved)

IF U Have SHSH For 3.1.3 Or 3.1.2 U Can Restore IF U Don't Have

so i cant custom firmware it? im on 3.1.3 still its not like i updated to IO4 and got stuck
 
try to do a reset hold the power and home button for 10sec and it will reboot had the same problem
 
you can restore it with the custom firmware just make custom file for 3.1.3 wit the old snowbreeze i have restore around 15 handsets
