Phone for parents, need big text and decent speaker volume!

Since its Christmas, I bought my parents some new phone. I bought my dad the Samsung Sync and my Mom the 807. Text is nice and big, but my dads having difficulty using the flip and my mom says the ear piece is weak. Since I can exchange it within 30days, maybe I can get a better one.

What phones do you guys recommend that is GSM, easy to use, loud sound piece, and big text?? (They have already went through razr, i90, lg7000 and hated all of it)

I dont know if this phoe is gsm or not, but the Jitterbug is a phone designed for older people with big butons loud volume, a soft ear pad, and many other features targeted toward the elderly.

Jitterbug uses the Sprint network as its carrier, so I would assume it is CDMA.

Looked at Jitterbug but its CDMA like dub said.
