Phone dropped in water what should i do ( please read)?

I had an awesome phone, it was the Samsung Impression. It was awesome and then i, like an idiot, dropped it in the toilet i took it out pulled the battery out and the sim card but i'm pretty sure there is no hope for the phone itself. I fortunately have insurance on my phone, but i'm wondering if att covers water damage or should i just claim that it was stolen or lost. If anyone has had any experience with att phones like this please tell me, and if you did, did you have to pay any money for it since you already had insurance.

Blow dry your phone asap! It has worked with every phone I have had... and you will have to pay like 50 bucks or around there I found that out the hard way even if u do have insurance..
