Hello.
I have been on orange for about 18 months now, with the same contract and the same phone. A few months ago my mum went into the shop and got a new contract, one that has more minutes and unlimited internet. When i went into the shop and asked about a upgrade of my Samsung Tocco, they told me January? However, my phone broke 2 days ago after having it for well over a year. I tried ringing up to ask for an early upgrade as I am in desperate need of a phone and they told me im not due an upgrade until April?! Surely when i got a new contract, i should have got a new phone? I feel I am being completely mugged off? Please help me.
