phone book on w810i

hi every body can any body tell if I could TRANSFER Names and phone numbers from my computer to my w810i.
I can transfer videos, music pictures to my cell with the cable usb no problem. I tried to find where I could put the file for the phone numberS with out luck.
please help.
 
Sony Ericsson PC Suite and then what? I went to all files in the memory of the cell but I didn't find the fone book.
 
THANK YOU FOR NOT HELPING me.
I finaly figured that out after a couple of hours, if any body need to know how in detail you can ask.
