It seems like being white=beautiful in the philippines? Not hating, I'm filipino so don't get mad at me! I'm just curious. Its funny cause in the US everyone wants to be tan and there they all wanna be white. Why? Tan skin is beautiful ladies! Embrace it! 
So tell me, cause I grew up in America, what is the perception of beauty in the philippines?
I'm not white at ALL trust me! haha that picture was taken in the winter and I was kinda pale combined with the quality of the camera and the lighting it just makes me look white but I'm not!
