I've heard Sara Brightman's voice and while it is stellar, to be honest...I prefer Emmy's. Something about Emmy's voice, I can't describe it all I can say is that I find her's easier to listen to. Like, when she's on the rooftop with Raoul and she's singing about the phantom and she hits that note on "soar"....

Holy sweet mother of pearl...I had goosebumps.

I agree with Gerard oozing sex in PoNR and I loved his version of Music of the night.

And OMFG I'm seeing this play in like 3 1/2 weeks!!!

Oh, it is totally sad! :lol: When I watch POTO I skip the last scenes because --I'm a sap, I know-- I get too sad (I usually watch Masquerade and then skip the rest) but yesterday I stuck it out and it was so beautiful. :sigh: I'd forgotten how amazing it was.

I LOVE the Phantom of the Opera movie! I have the movie soundtrack as well as the soundtrack with the Original London cast, and I actually prefer the movie one.
