The Phantom has a reputation for using the Punjab Lasso to kill people (like with Bouquet). So Mdm. Giry tells Raolu to keep his hand and the level of his eye, so that his hand will stop the rope going round his neck.



If your looking for more films with the Phantom in I'd strongly recomend you watch Dear Frankie, I saw it the other day, its a beautiful film.
