I am interested in growing some plants/herbs/vegetables/ whatever would work indoors this winter. I live in a region that gets very chilly and my place has minimal/if any direct sunlight in winter. Also, I have a cat so anything toxic to pets would not work (while I doubt the cat would mess with the plants I don't want to risk it). So what plant(s) would you suggest?
