Persuasive Speech: Does our culture in US support eating disorders?

im trying to do a persuasive speech with the topic Does our culture i the US support eating disorders? The way it is put in media and with models which is saying thats how women r supposed to look. I think my call to action could maybe be supporting the Dove Girls campaign for real beauty.. im open to suggestions of what to include or direction to go in.
