-SHARPIES! get your friends to sign it, put things like inside jokes & random doodles your friends will put on for you! Use lots of different colors!
-BUTTONS/PINS!
-KEYCHAINS!
-IRON-ON PATCHES!
.... just make sure your school's uniform policy isn't super strict. Sometimes they're even strict about backpacks.... =S

add cool patches to it, a friend cut the emblem off of an old sweater and pined it on, you can get a button making kit and put personalized buttons on it, glitter glue it, get a cool luggage tag with your initial on it,tie ribbons to it, attach beads on it somehow. be careful that what you put on won't get caught and break. Also* making it more attractive could get it stolen* lol hope you make it unique.
