Is it reasonable to say that the only educated people are those who attended college or a university with a degree?
I have a first cousin who is now 22, he did not go to college in the past 4 years because of personal circumstances. He is a very intelligent and good person. He was a member of their high school student council and led a team of his school that won many academic competitions. People with the same age as him already have their college degree but he still did'nt have one. Does that mean that my cousin is not educated?
