Im Trying to make personalized ringtones on my itunes and im following every step correctly until it comes to changing the ringtone to M4r or whatever i am using windows 9 and there's no way to successfully change the ringtone which makes it unable to go into my ringtones slot on my itunes can anyone help pleaseeeeee thanks
