personalized gym workout plan?

i'm 15, 5'2, and about 130 pounds, athletic build. i just want to get my legs toned (who doesn't haha)and get in shape generally, and i really like to run:) i can go to the gym 2x a day, and i'm just wondering what i should do and how long i should do something? THANKS!!
