I need some advice on what to do to my hair. I'm 18 and have really curly, frizzy hair. It's ok on some days, especially when it needs a wash, but its' too frizzy to let down as it fans out. I was thinking about getting it permed, as I like my curls, just want them without the frizz. Also, it'll be less noticable when the re-growth comes through. Here's some questions:
1) How long will it last until the regrowth is really noticeable?
2) Will I look like I have frizzy bits of hair coming from my scalp when the re-growth comes through? Won't that look weird?
3) How much can I expect to pay for it?
4) Is it really damaging to your hair?
5) What kinds of perms are avaliable, and will they stay in that style no matter what?
6) Is it a good idea perming it, or would it be better if I straightened it instead?
