Permanent bump on forehead as a result of a sports injury?

When I was around 11 years old i fell off my skateboard and hit the left side of my forehead on the pavement so hard that it knocked me out for 5 minutes and I had a concussion. There was a huge bump on the left side of my forehead and i had to get 8 stitches. Today I am almost 16 and I still have a bump on my forehead. The bump has flattened some but it is still as big as far as circumference, and the bump is hard. I already have cranium bumps so the fact that I have a bump over a bump makes it worse. There was just some questions that I had... Will the bump disappear as my body and head grows more? Is there some sort of scar tissue under my skin, and is it removable by plastic surgery with low risk? Will the bump just go away naturally?... Any help at all is HIGHLY appreciated. Thank you

You need a medical opinion from a Doctor . I would have expected a bump to go down as the tissue recovered. But it would depend on the extent of the injury.

IDK, ask your doctor. My friend has a permanent dent in his head from when he fell off a bunk bed when he was a kid. Maybe you have some fluid that needs to be drained.
