Periods acting weird having blood clots... HELP!?

Not suppose to be on my period, had a normal period was off for 9 days then started again. I have been on for 2wks, sometimes its heavy and sometimes its light. I just had about a dime size clot pass.... Im 17 sexually active buthave been on birth control.... Im kinda freaked.... Advice would be great..

i just had the same problem 2 days ago. it scared me so bad i went to the hospital, my periods last about 3 to 4 days and this one lasted a whole week, it was light and very very heavy. i had alot of palm size clots come out. im 17 myself and i was on BC. The ring though. They told me it was because i changed Bc and then stopped taking it. Im not sure what ur problem might be but i dought theres anything wrong, have u been takin or using ur bc right? hopefully u havent become pregnant. i think u should go see ur doctor. im a medical assistant and dont know the answers to everything but there is an explanation to ur problem. good luck and dont freak too much!
