Periodic Text Message / Email alerts???

On the N95-3 is there any way to set the phone up so that there is a periodic alert if you have a new message or a new email? I am tired of constantly checking my phone to see if I missed something. It would be nice to get a beep or have the device vibrate every 20-30 min if a message is waiting.

yes this sucks. all nokia s40 phones have this, but not s60 phones. i actually have remind me, though i havent installed it in a while. i'm sure you can find it somewhere.
