Period two weeks late, pelvic pain and negative test?

so my period is two weeks late, im never late always on time or early. i've been recieving some pain in my pelvis the same area were i get cramps but they are not cramps for the past four days.. i took a test three days ago but it came up negative.. what could be wrong?
