I have my 2nd yr school camp coming up in a while. It's an outdoor camp with lots of activities like rock climbing ETC. I have just figured out that my period is due the week we are away. When I have my period I can get really bad cramps and headaches. I'm really worried about what I will do at camp if my period is really bad. I live with my dad and rarely see my mum so I can't ask her. Any help/ advice wanted..
