okay my girlfriend is 17 and she is always saayin how her stomach hurt wen she eats food and how she feel like she is gonan puke.. (not sayin shes bulemic, i kno for a fact she isnt) but she wont understand that eating unhealthy.. not eating a good amount of food everyday can mess with yur menstral cycle.. now wen i say not eating enought i mean like pop... maybe a hamburger a day... thats it.. i know shefeel like this alot cuz she never eats,, and i just need to makesure im right, and she need to eat halthyy
